Our objective is to extend the partners penetration of its customers, using CCE’s scope of services and abilities for two reasons:
Margin and Revenue Opportunities – using CCE’s services will ensure that partners are able to maximise these opportunities, with CCE managing the day to day operational activities. CCE wish to ensure this revenue is achieved with minimal effort on your part.
Account Retention - enables CCE’s partners to offer a personal service across the complete range of services, normally only available from the very large managed service competitors. Partnering with CCE eradicates the risk of such large organisations competing for the partner’s core business.
CCE Services extend Partners’ business with CCE actively supporting its partners with a dedicated Account Manager allowing them to focus on managing and developing their customer relationships.
