CCE have been delivering channel services globally for over 2 years and provide a single partner solution for hardware support, installation and deployment services throughout the globe. Arising from the need to give partners a single compliant partner to supply services to their clients, CCE now operate partner support in EMEA, Asia, Europe & BRIC.
In a recent example, a long standing IT partner was supplying service and support globally. Tired of relying on local, unpredictable support staff with various levels expertise and compliance, the partner had to frequently fly their own staff to numerous global locations with all the time, cost and delay involved. What was needed was a robust global IT support solution, with one partner managing all the service and support. The partner had to be established, trusted, fully accredited and UK compliant. They also needed to be able to deliver this global service.
Proving the concept
CCE won the tender. By first supplying a proof of concept, CCE supplied and managed service and support to the partner’s client in Dusseldorf, Germany which involved an office relocation with 200 users. From this, a global roll out ensued, with CCE now providing support in 90 regions as diverse as Greece, Italy, Austria, Nigeria and London, with five new locations being rolled out in early 2017.
Planning logistics & delivery
CCE deliver full office moves, logistics planning, project management, installation of in house servers, switches, support multiple user and deployments on the partners’ behalf. On-going global IT support support is managed with an international network of hundreds of CCE engineers with a 24/7 service desk support – all managed via CCE’s UK call centre.
CCE has reach into over 175 countries all of which are managed from the UK. This ensures a single partner with a single pricing structure, delivering services that are EU compliance for GDPR and ISO compliant.
