If your organisation is planning a special project, new department, premises or restructuring, you will probably be considering deploying new IT Systems and supporting services. In order to do this efficiently, you will need an IT partner well used to complex, customer–centric planning and project management. You will require expertise, significant resources and experienced project leaders to be up and running on time, and on budget.
CCE have over 30 years experience in deploying new IT Systems. The company was built on delivering infrastructure projects across a range of business sectors of differing staffing levels.
Our IT Deployment team will work closely with you in the planning stages to define every last detail of logistics to make sure the process goes smoothly. We will look at your premises, assess and plan how long to spend with each user so they can accept the new system when implemented. Our technical services team will analyse the hardware requirements and institute plans to ensure “best of breed” provisioning.
We will work closely with you to agree what software images are placed on every computer, the optimised location of your printer estate, and those applications which would benefit your company by being moved to Near-Source Hosting.
We will plan the delivery stages of each project. There can be many variables:
- Multiple office locations
- Multiple regions
- Different departments and user requirements
- Available office or training space, temporary space
We will work closely with your HR department, facilities managers, in house IT and other resources to deliver a sound logistics plan.
The deployment plan will ensure that both physical delivery, knowledge transfer and networks are delivered as expected. All support plans, networking and data solutions will have been fully discussed and agreed with you as part of the overall project planning note as expressed in our ‘Scope of Work Documentation’.
Provision for installed and verified events as well as an unexpected contingency will fall within the ‘Scope of Work Documentation’.
